All you need to know in preparation for your
Cacao Ceremony
What to Expect
A safe, nourishing online space where I will guide you every step of the way. If you have ceremonial Cacao, please bring it; if you need to know a good source, read on for details on where to source it.
For this session, it is not necessary to have cacao; you are welcome to bring a hot, comforting drink.
We will pause and drink our cacao/hot drink together and take time to reset our nervous systems, invite calm to be within us and gently enquire of ourselves what we need for this time and how we can tap into the energy of this to support ourselves and our lives.
A cacao ceremony is a journey within - this involves drinking ceremonial Cacao as we are guided on a journey of honouring and giving gratitude for this plant medicine and then listening deeply to our internal wisdom.

More About Ceremonial Cacao
Ceremonial Cacao is very different from regular health food shop cacao, and it has grown wild and is harvested and processed with the whole bean in a very particular way.
It originates from the Amazon and is mainly grown in S. America by specific tribes who have grown, harvested and produced the Cacao for centuries. It is grown natively and has no pesticides, chemicals or interference.
I recommend two brands of ceremonial cacao: one is a blend, and the other is raw. I use both and they each deliver very different energies.
Fly Kakao is a non-profit organisation committed to preserving and supporting the tribes that grow this exceptional ancient plant.
You can read more about the history of Cacao here. Read more about the science here and the benefits here.
Full Power Cacao is a UK-based company founded by Liam Browne. The most important element when choosing Cacao to put his name on was the vibration. It needed to blast the heart open so people could see the magnificence and love that was within them.
This is a raw cacao, which means you have to prepare it yourself. Liam shares some wonderful recipes on the site here.
Since we are taking plant medicine internally - I ask that you please
read the following notes carefully and then get back to me if you have any queries.
